What we process
Emails you send us; booking data you enter in Cal.com, which acts as an independent service (see cal.com/privacy); server logs including IP address, kept for a short period for security.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiries and pre-contractual steps; our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (security logs). Processing is carried out under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract; security logs are kept only briefly.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik) in Serbia, or your supervisory authority in the EU.
